Appointments can be made by telephoning 01225 435711 or contacting the surgery in person. Consultations will normally be with the doctor with whom you are registered. If your doctor is not available you may be offered an appointment with another doctor. We can also offer an appointment with a health care professional within 48 hours.

Triage - If you have a new condition and need to be seen on the same day, you will be put through to our highly trained triage nurses or health visitors (in the case of children under five years). They are able to treat and advise on a wide range of conditions, or where appropriate, make an appointment for you to be seen by a doctor.

Missed Appointments

BRMC have a strict ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNA) policy.
If a patient misses two appointments in three months without good reason they are sent a letter informing them that they run the risk of being removed from our practice list.
If three appointments are missed in a three-month period without good reason then the patient is removed from our practice list.
