NV MoscatoSince grapes cultivated in various vineyards are chosen for making the wines, Innocent Bystander uses only the choicest and juiciest of Prosecco, Tempranillo and Moscato varietals that are grown in King Valley, Heathcote and Swan Hill respectively. One practice that has been followed in the winery here is that the wines are treated very gently, so that they go on to create a quality that is highly symbolic of the colour and the character of the fruit used in it.
